Our Services Don Rosé is a custom luxury design studio based in Los Angeles, California. We create one of one custom pieces including jewelry, lighters, grillz, and other luxury objects. All pieces are made to order based on client specifications.
Inquiries and Orders Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and both parties have agreed on the design direction and pricing in writing.
Deposits and Payments All custom orders require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery of the final piece.
Design and Revisions We work closely with clients to bring their vision to life. The design process includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed upon at the start of the project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Production and Timelines All pieces are handcrafted in Los Angeles. Timelines are estimated and provided upfront but may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and material availability. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
Shipping and Delivery All pieces are shipped fully insured. Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery. Don Rosé is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Intellectual Property All designs, renders, and creative work produced by Don Rosé remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Limitation of Liability Don Rosé is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products beyond the value of the original order.
Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
