Every custom starts with your inquiry. Once we receive it, we review your vision, budget, and timeline and get back to you. From there we move into design — custom renders built specifically around your piece — and nothing goes into production until you've seen it and approved every detail. Once you give the green light, your piece is handcrafted, finished, and delivered ready to wear.
It depends on the complexity of the piece. Typically takes 1–4 weeks+ from design approval to delivery. More complex pieces — can take 6–8 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline before anything starts so there are no surprises.
Not at all. Most of our best pieces started with a rough idea or a feeling. You don't need to have it all figured out — that's what the design process is for. Send us what you have and we'll take it from there.
